On August 13, Innovecs hosted CEO Night: Benefit from Investing & Partnerships in CEE, an insightful online talk dedicated to the benefits of investing in business development in the CEE region. The event was organized in support of Emerging Europe, our media partner, and took place online at InnoHub, the Innovecs multimedia space. On June 24, 2020, Innovecs hosted an online discussion dedicated to the state of the supply chain industry within the pandemic environment and more. John Colón Jr, Innovecs VP of Sales, moderated a fruitful conversation with Andrew Slusher, the CEO at SMC3, and Sushant Pandita, the Global Program Director at Maersk. They talked about solutions that could make a positive contribution both to businesses and customers during this time and beyond. Our comprehensive WOW (Wellness at Workplace) program embraces healthy nutrition at the office, multiple sports activities for employees, wellness events, entertainment, and overall health protection. We have our internal educational platform — InnoCamp — aimed to help develop professionally and personally. In 2020, we have done courses dedicated to Unity and QA Automation. In terms of ecology, we have gone paperless and moved all document management online. Energy saving is the next step to take. Within the External initiatives, we have taken efforts to involve communities and share expertise. We have InnoHub (online and offline), our multimedia venue, for this purpose. Human rights are also our priority this year and the years to come. COVID-19 project The year 2020 was a stress for the whole world with COVID-19 disrupting all areas of life. We have created Innovecs COVID-19 Fund. With its help, we have installed an oxygen pipeline system at the Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 17. We plan to create and implement more social initiatives both internally and externally. Also, we are thankful to everyone who has contributed to the realization of our goals this year.
