I believe that these people are most open to possible changes and often welcome them. They are very charismatic, decisive, and persistent.

What’s the hardest part about being Innovative?

The most difficult thing is the fear of being misunderstood, unrecognized, and rejected. It seems to me that this is the main stumbling block for most people. After all, it is much easier to do clear, simple things that do not entail any significant changes. Another thing is to “push through” your ideas, assert them, and convey something new.

What helps you stay Innovative?

I believe that I am a rather self-critical person. I’m not sure if I’m Innovative enough. At least I have room to grow and develop. My life path and experience, the high fear threshold of communicating something new and broadcasting what others do not talk about, help me a lot.

Why is it so cool to be Innovative?

All people in one way or another initially possess the Innovative skill. From an early age, all children are explorers who create their own world, discover unfamiliar facets in it. They are innovative in nature because they are free to dream, imagine, and little can stop them. Over time, we grow up and lose this ability due to doubts, shame, fears. In my opinion, it is extremely important to keep the child in yourself and continue to dream.

What does it take to be Innovative?

I think that Innovative people are self-confident, open-minded, attractive, and in many ways cynical. These qualities help them stay on the crest of the wave, constantly raise the bar, bring fresh ideas to the world and not walk the beaten path.
