The client is a US-based company providing logistics and manufacturing solutions. While their business scope included general ERP systems, the project specifically focused on creating an abstract ERP platform that could cater to various domains.
Innovecs collaborated with the client to develop an MVP of a domain-agnostic ERP platform. The project required delivering key modules, ensuring system scalability, and maintaining robust infrastructure. Initially, Innovecs held full responsibility for development and infrastructure. Later, the client assumed project management and development oversight, transitioning the model to a hybrid collaboration.
The project faced several key challenges, including developing a domain-independent ERP system capable of adapting to various industries without constraints. Building a scalable infrastructure was essential to ensure long-term system growth and performance optimization. Additionally, a seamless handover process was critical, requiring a structured transition of responsibilities from Innovecs to the client team midway through the project.
Built backend, frontend, and mobile components using modern technologies such as ReactJS, NestJS, Go Lang, and TypeScript.
Conducted comprehensive QA testing to ensure the system’s reliability and robustness before deployment.
Established a scalable cloud infrastructure leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EC2, and AWS EKS.
Provided on-demand DevOps services to optimize deployment pipelines and infrastructure management.
