Innovecs Corporate Social Responsibility Report, 2021
Innovecs is a global digital transformation tech company with offices in the US, UK, Israel, and R&D centers in Ukraine. We aim to build and integrate specific technological innovations in many spheres to help people and make the world a better place to live in.

In 2021, we have outlined three major social responsibility directions that will be active till the end of the year:
- Community CSR initiatives
- Women in tech CSR initiatives
Educational CSR initiatives.
Within the Community initiatives, we have focused on progressive lifestyle, health, sports, and hobbies for our employees and broader audiences.
Our comprehensive InnoClub program embraces healthy nutrition at the office, multiple sports activities for employees, wellness events, entertainment, and overall health protection and happier lifestyle promotion
Within InnoClub, we unite like-minded employees in various activities that they are passionate about, empowering a lifestyle that drives our personal transformation and helps us be the best versions of ourselves.
Women in tech CSR initiative
Within the Women in tech CSR initiative, we have taken efforts to involve women in tech communities and share expertise. We have InnoHub (online and offline), our multimedia venue, for this purpose.
As part of this CSR initiative, Innovecs is the exclusive partner of the WomenTech Network community in Kyiv. The community promotes gender diversity in the IT-sphere and connects women with leading companies and startups. In addition to the official representation of WomenTech Kyiv, the partnership also provides for the status of a local community partner and the right to hold regional events within the community, such as conferences, webinars, and events in the InnoHub space.
Educational CSR initiatives
The aim of the Juniorship Development Program is to engage engineering students, IT graduates, and switchers (career changers) to provide them with hands-on experience and up-to-date knowledge. We aspire to provide fair and equal opportunities for all candidates who have the appropriate qualification requirements.
During a 6-month period, participants get practical tasks on real projects under the supervision of a personal mentor and receive a decent scholarship to devote themselves fully to practice and lectures. Eventually, some receive an offer from Innovecs.
We plan to create and implement more social initiatives both internally and externally. Also, we are thankful to everyone who has contributed to the realization of our goals this year.
