Olha Boiko is an internationally recognised communications and employer branding leader with over a decade of experience shaping company culture, leadership positioning, and global PR strategy. As Senior Vice President at Innovecs, she has played a central role in the company’s global brand evolution and award-winning employer branding and communications work.Alongside her executive role, Olha advises founders and senior leaders on positioning, reputation, and strategic communications, helping businesses and ambitious professionals turn heads globally through strategic communications and bold employer value proposition. Her work has earned multiple recognitions, including Leader of the Future at the Davos Digital PR Awards and Employer Brand Leader of the Year.She is an active industry contributor, serving as a judge for the IABC Gold Quill Awards, Transform Awards Europe, and EBMA. She leads the IABC EMENA Communications Community in Berlin, supporting knowledge exchange and professional growth among senior communicators.
