A Year in Review: Innovecs Team Highlights in 2024

This year, Innovecs welcomed 112 new team members from 13 different countries, strengthening its diverse, global community. With talent spanning 27 countries across 4 regions, Innovecs continues to grow as a truly diverse team.  

This year, we introduced and expanded impactful initiatives:  

Innovecs launched InnoBoost, a program that invites teammates to submit innovative ideas. These ideas are carefully evaluated, and the selected ones are transformed into actionable projects that help grow our business. 

Open Door Dialogues offer informal space for our people to engage with leadership, discuss ideas and projects, and address concerns. 

Mentorship Program, launched in partnership with DanIT and the “Heart of Azovstal” project, aimed at supporting Ukrainian veterans as they transition into new career paths. This initiative allowed people at Innovecs to provide veterans with both professional guidance and personal support, helping them adapt to civilian life after their military service. 

On Programmers’ Day, Innovecs hosted 2024 InnoShow and shared company updates, celebrated ten teammates with Innovecs Awards for their exceptional work, and hosted a team video contest, “Our Year in 3 Minutes,” adding a fun twist to the event. 

Innovecs celebrated Mental Health Week by sharing practical well-being tips from the team and highlighting the company’s support of mental health in the workplace. As part of the celebration, Innovecs hosted a relaxing tea ceremony accompanied by hang drum music, providing an opportunity for the team to unwind and recharge. 

“Hack to Sleep” initiative addresses sleep quality for software engineers with an ASMR soundtrack inspired by retro tech sounds. It also features a habit tracker, lectures, and a social media challenge to engage the tech community. 

Innovecs launched the 30-Day Healthy Habits Challenge, inspiring teammates to improve their well-being in a fun, supportive environment. Participants focused on healthy eating, daily activity, hydration, and personal development. 

In 2024, Innovecs proudly earned 6 prestigious awards that highlight its innovation-driven approach, dedication to well-being, and commitment to professional excellence. 

• Innovecs proudly joined the prestigious list of 2024 Clutch Global honorees, reinforcing its position as a top-tier B2B service provider in several categories. 

• Innovecs has been included on The Global Outsourcing 100® list by IAOP® for the sixth year in a row. The list recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers. 

• Innovecs Honored as a Finalist in The RAD Awards 2025 for its innovative well-being initiative, “Hack to Sleep: Tech Community Wellness Initiative” 

• Innovecs Won Gold in the 2024 TITAN Innovation Awards within the Innovation in Campaign — Internal Communication Campaign category.   

• Innovecs has been awarded Gold in the CSR Program category at the 2024 MUSE Creative Awards. This prestigious honor is a recognition of our commitment to community empowerment through the Ukrainian Amateur Hockey League (UAHL) 

• TechReviewer recognized Innovecs Games as one of the Top 100+ Game Development Companies 2024. 

Innovecs team also shined individually, inspiring us with their awards: 

• Alex Lutskiy, Founder and CEO of Innovecs, has been honored among the world’s top Inspiring Leaders 2024, demonstrating what it means to lead with care, innovation, and a people-first approach.   

• Alina Horai, Delivery Manager at Innovecs, has been honored with the 2024 Women in Supply Chain Award in the Rising Stars category. This award celebrates her significant contributions to supply chain innovation and her efforts to promote inclusion within the industry. 

• Olha Boiko, VP of Brand & Communications, was celebrated as a Leader of the Future at The Davos Digital PR Awards 2024. 

This year, we strengthened Innovecs’ global presence by participating in numerous high-profile events across the world: 

SBC Summit Lisbon:
Innovecs Games showcased how they’re innovating to keep games exciting and relevant, exploring AI-driven experiences, ethical gaming, and mobile-first strategies. 

External Development Summit (XDS) Vancouver:
Innovecs team returned energized from Vancouver, blending fresh insights with valuable networking to shape future strategies. 

ICE London:
With over 45,000 stakeholders gathered, Innovecs Games proudly showcased its expertise in immersive iGaming experiences and personalized solutions. 

CILT UK Annual Conference Windsor:
Our supply chain experts shared strategies to optimize operations with modern tech, shaping the future of supply chain innovation. 

Gartner Supply Chain Conference Barcelona:
At this major event, we collaborated with global leaders like Maersk and OpenText, sharpening our focus on actionable use cases and impactful strategies. 

Women in Supply Chain Forum 2024 in Atlanta:  

The event celebrated diversity, innovation, and mentorship in the supply chain industry, highlighting the role of technology and collaboration in driving meaningful progress. Notably, Alina Horai, Delivery Manager, was honored with the 2024 Women in Supply Chain Award in the Rising Stars category for her exceptional contributions. 

In 2024, Innovecs proudly joined the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) by UN Women. With this partnership, Innovecs strengthens its focus on advancing gender diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity — key elements of a workplace culture built on empowerment and growth.  

This step highlights Innovecs’ efforts to drive meaningful and lasting change in these important areas.

Innovecs actively shares its position on the ongoing war in Ukraine, with every action reflecting a deep sense of duty and solidarity with those defending freedom of Ukraine. 

Innovecs has been a long-standing contributor to the “Hospitallers” medical battalion, which saves lives on the frontlines, and the Leleka Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides medical supplies to paramedics. In addition, Innovecs supported Ohmatdyt, the largest children’s hospital in Ukraine, after it was tragically damaged by a missile strike. The company also partnered with the Ruslan Shostak Charitable Foundation and donated computer equipment to the orphanage, expanding the educational resources available to children from frontline areas. 

On Valentine’s Day, innovecsers took part in a special bread-making event at the “Good Bread From Good People” bakery. This initiative supported individuals with mental disabilities while also providing bread to those in frontline territories.  

Innovecs has been a key supporter of Ukrainian hockey since 2021, partnering with national teams, including the U18 and senior teams. In 2023, as the title partner of the Ukrainian Ice Hockey Federation, Innovecs supported the national team’s silver medal win at the World Championship in Estonia. 

In 2024, Innovecs strengthened its efforts by supporting the U18 team during their Canadian training camp, charity matches, and the Olympic Hopes tournament in Hungary, as well as their preparation for the World U18 Championship in Denmark.  

A major milestone was the launch of the Ukrainian Amateur Hockey League (UAHL), featuring 40 teams nationwide, aimed at growing amateur hockey. Innovecs also promotes hockey through its corporate team, active in amateur tournaments for over three years. 

2024 has been an incredible year, and it’s all thanks to the dedication, talent, and passion of the Innovecs team. Every achievement this year reflects your hard work, creativity, and unwavering commitment, and for that, you have our deepest gratitude.
